Dale Loeslein has been a member of the PGA of America since 1986. Dale has lived in Wilmington Delaware since 1991. He worked at Wilmington Country Club and was the Head Professional at Deerfield Golf and Tennis Club for 10 years prior to coming to Odessa National. Dale has enjoyed much success teaching players of all abilities and was selected by Golf Digest as a top teacher in the State of Delaware. Dale was a 3 time NCAA Division II All-American at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and a member of their Athletic Hall of Fame. Dale was the 1987 Tri-State PGA Champion and twice participated in the National PGA Club Professional Championship. Prior to moving to Wilmington Dale work at the Pittsburgh Field Club and Westmoreland Country Club in Pittsburgh. 





Jim McGroarty has been a full time golf instructor for the past 11 years. He joins the staff at Odessa National having spent the past 4 years as Director of Instruction at Back Creek GC. Prior to that, Jim worked at many area facilities including The Eric McCluen Golf Academy where he was Director of Instruction, Chisel Creek Golf Club where he served as Head Professional & Director of Instruction, Patriots Glen GC, Pilgrims Oak GC & Tanglewood Golf Club and Back Creek Golf Club where he served as Director of Golf from 2000- 2003. Jim has spent the past 12 years as a Tournament Director for The Future Collegians World Tour Junior Golf Tour, conducting tournaments for the top ranked junior golfers through the country.

His instructional career began in 1997 at The Hamlet Golf and C.C. in New York. Over the past 17 years, Jim has had the opportunity to work with and observe some of the finest teaching minds in the game. Current and past students include Touring Professionals, Top Ranked Amateur Golfers, NCAA Div I, II & III Collegiate Players, US Amateur Qualifiers, US Publinks Finalist and Nationally Ranked Junior golfers. Many of Jim’s junior golfers have won national, regional and local tournaments and over 43 juniors have received college scholarships.
 
Jim is a certified Vector Green Reading Instructor, Certified FlightScope Instructor and a Certified 4 Elements Putting Instructor.
